Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, parcel weight and any applicable shipping promotions.

Shipping Offers & Eligibility

West Malaysia — Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping with a minimum eligible purchase of RM150.

East Malaysia — RM9 Savings

Enjoy RM9 off eligible orders of RM170 and above. This fixed discount is offered to help offset shipping costs.

Terms & Exclusions

• Shipping offers are subject to product eligibility and ongoing promotions.

• Selected seasonal, limited-release and discounted products may be excluded.

• Any product-specific exclusions will be stated on the relevant product or campaign page.

• Offers are applied automatically at checkout when the applicable requirements are met.

• Shipping promotions and other discounts may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

• West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

• East Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days.

International Shipping

• Singapore: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days (Ninja Van International Shipping).

• Other destinations: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders and made-to-order items may have different processing timelines, as stated on their respective product pages.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
